Sapere Natural Foods exhibited at the 2008 Healthy Harvest Show at booth 724 in Hall C. The Show was held at the Long Beach Convention Center on September 26 – 28. Sapere showcased their signature line of shortbread cookies which included the following flavors: Almond, Goji Berry, Rosemary and Sweet Lemon Poppy.

Sapere Natural Foods, LLC launches its line of Shortbread Cookies in the US Market at the Celebrity Food Show in Anaheim, California

Anaheim, California - Sapere Natural Foods, LLC launched their unique line of Shortbread Cookies to rave reviews. Sapere Natural Foods founder Caron Ory, RN, MSN was on hand to join in the festivities. She added, “I am extremely excited to have such an overwhelming response to our product line.” “People are demanding that food manufacturers create more nutritious versions of mainstream foods, and we responded.”
Sapere Natural Foods is also in the development stage of a line of sugar-free, and gluten/casein-free products. In addition, snacks that are compliant with the National School Lunch Program are also under development. Caron Ory credits their spectacular formulas to the work of her talented team of skilled food scientists and creative pastry chefs.
